Carnival in Oeteldonk is unique!
Since the very beginning in 1882, our village has been playing its own game of the upside down world.
The city of s-Hertogenbosch becomes the village of Oeteldonk, all Oeteldonkers are farmers and durskes and all ranks and positions have disappeared.
That is why the Oeteldonkers all look the same in a farmers smock, which is elaborately decorated with frogs and the colors red-white-yellow, the colors of the Oeteldonk flag.
